Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Fyooser (Pty) Ltd (“Fyooser”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company based in South Africa, collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Fyooser platform, websites, and related services (the “Service”).

AI and MCP disclaimer

Fyooser is an AI operating system that connects your organisation’s tools and exposes them to AI agents through MCP. Agent outputs and tool actions can be wrong, incomplete, or unintended.

You should review high-impact actions before relying on them. We route and orchestrate access; third-party AI agents, models, and connected apps remain separate products outside our control.

We do not warrant that AI-driven outcomes are accurate, lawful for your particular use, or fit for any purpose. You remain responsible for prompts, capability grants, and downstream effects in connected tools.

Who we are

The Service is operated by Fyooser (Pty) Ltd in South Africa. For privacy questions, use the contact details at the end of this policy.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

  • Account information — such as name, email address, and authentication details.
  • Organisation information — workspace details, membership, roles, and invitations.
  • Usage and technical data — logs, device or browser information, IP address, and how you interact with the Service.
  • Support and communications — messages you send via contact, demo, or support channels.
  • Billing information — where applicable for paid plans (processed by our payment providers).

Connected integrations and credentials

When your organisation connects external tools (for example Trello, Gmail, or Jira), we store integration credentials and tokens needed to operate those connections on your behalf. Access is organisation-scoped: connections and capabilities belong to the tenant that authorised them, not to a global account.

Data retrieved from or written to connected apps is processed to fulfil agent and user requests. Those apps remain governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service
  • Authenticate users and enforce organisation membership and permissions
  • Route MCP tool calls and resources to the correct connected integrations
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues
  • Respond to support, sales, and demo requests
  • Meet legal and regulatory obligations

AI, agents, and MCP processing

When an AI agent uses Fyooser’s MCP endpoint, prompts, tool parameters, and tool results may pass through our systems so we can discover capabilities, enforce capability settings, and call connected apps on behalf of your organisation.

Third-party AI agents, model providers, and IDE or chat products you use are not controlled by Fyooser (Pty) Ltd. Their processing of your content is governed by those providers’ policies. You decide which agents connect and which MCP capabilities are enabled.

Sharing of information

We may share information with service providers who help us host, secure, email, or bill for the Service, and with connected third-party apps when you or your agents request actions in those apps. We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction involving Fyooser (Pty) Ltd.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We apply administrative and technical measures designed to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Access and deletion

Organisation administrators and users may update certain account and workspace data in the product. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity and retain some records where legally required.

Cookies and session authentication

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions such as signing in, maintaining sessions, and securing the Service. Disabling cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by law.
